Returns & Complaints
RETURNS / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you regret your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days. Please note that due to the nature of some of our products, certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes opened or used food products, supplements, oils, and herbal products.
To initiate a return, email us at info@antra.store with your full name, order number, and item number (SKU). The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

COMPLAINTS
Antra.store provides a 6-month manufacturing warranty on self-produced products, provided they have been handled with care and have not been subjected to abnormal wear or accidents. The product will be inspected before the complaint is approved.
To make a complaint, email a picture of the item in question along with the order number and a description of the issue to our customer service. If the complaint is approved, we will send a replacement item. If the product is out of stock, you may choose a similar item or receive a full refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Drop off the package at your preferred service point. Refunds will be processed once we handle your return, and you will receive an email confirmation upon completion.

Shipping Options
We use major carriers for shipping, and costs vary depending on your location. Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount within Sweden. Additional charges may apply for small orders or international shipments.
If you select in-store pickup, your order must be collected within a specified period. Failure to do so may result in a handling fee.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure that your shipping details (name, email, address, postal code, phone number) are correct at checkout. Antra.store is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to customer errors.
Free Shipping & Minimum Order (Sweden)
Free shipping is available on orders over a specific amount within Sweden. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee. All shipments are insured, registered, and trackable.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you regarding a refund. If other products are in stock, we will adjust your order, process a refund for the missing item, and ship the remaining products.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays. You will receive tracking information when your order is shipped.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, the customer will be charged for shipping costs and return fees. If you wish to cancel your order, you must collect the package and return it to us properly. Additional fees may apply for reshipping.
Cancellations Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
Warranty & Complaints
We comply with consumer protection laws for distance purchases. Our 6-month warranty applies to products we manufacture, provided they have been handled properly. Items damaged due to improper use are not covered.
For branded products we sell, the respective brand’s warranty terms apply.
Order Conditions
Customers under 18 years old must have parental permission to place orders.
International Orders
For orders outside Sweden, please contact customer service for shipping options and additional costs.
Pricing Prices may be subject to changes due to supplier adjustments or currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to update prices as necessary.
Payment Options
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment methods cannot be changed after order placement.
Fraudulent Orders
All orders are logged with IP addresses and timestamps. Fraudulent orders will be reported to the authorities.
Typographical Errors
We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in product descriptions, pricing, and policies.
